Default Team Advice

I am new to competitive battling and I am trying to come up with a good unexpected team for a tournament between my friends and I. We will be using standard rules. Feel free to suggest new movesets, Ev spreads, or even new pokemon if you can point out some flaws. My team is incomplete and nothing is set in stone so I am open for requests. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Drapion @ Scope lens
Jolly / Sniper
252Att/4Def/252Spe
~Sword Dance
~ Night Slash
~ Earthquake
~ Cross Poison
(I just really like the whole crit hit thing)

Quilfish @ Leftovers
Adamant / Point Poison
252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe
~ Spikes
~ Waterfall
~ Poison Jab
~ Destiny Bond / Explosion
(A suicide lead)

Pinser @ Salac Berry
Adamant / Mold Breaker
252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spe
~ Substitute / Endure
~ Flail
~ Swords Dance
~ Earthquake
(Loved the earthquake / mold breaker and substitute/endure / flail combos)

Weavile @ Choice Band
Jolly / Pressure
40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
~ Pursuit
~ Ice Shard
~ Brick Break
~ Night Slash
(Definitely unsure about the move-set. it's purpose is to be a dragonslayer(I needed an ice type)

Jynx @ Leftovers
Timid / Forewarn
252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
~ Mean Look
~ Perish Song
~ Lovely Kiss
~ Substitute
(Sing any powerhouse im stuck on to death)

(Open for suggestions.)

Thanks!

No problem, but for future reference it's standard practice for the lead to be placed at the top of the RMT so that it's obvious.

Quilfish @ Leftovers
Adamant / Point Poison
252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe
~ Spikes
~ Waterfall
~ Poison Jab

(A suicide lead)

This guy isn't a suicide lead, he isn't fast enough and cannot set up 3 layers of spikes very quickly either. Azelf or Aerodactyl are suicide leads, and swampert completey outclasses qwilfish in OU.

Drapion @ Life Orb
Jolly / Sniper
252Att/4Def/252Spe
~Sword Dance
~ Night Slash
~ Earthquake
~ Cross Poison
(I just really like the whole crit hit thing)

Scope lense is banned under the hax clause, and is unreliable anyway. Life Orb plox.

Heracross@ Salac Berry
Adamant / Swarm
252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spe
~ Substitute
~ Reversal
~ Swords Dance
~ Megahorn
(Loved the earthquake / mold breaker and substitute/endure / flail combos)

This= Inferior Heracross. Heracross doesn't get walled by steels with STAB reversal, has a superior ability rather than the pretty useless mold breaker. Substitute is a better option, since hera's resistances to bullet and mach punch mean he may survive certain priority moves if still on 25% health. It also stops weather from instantly destroying you.

Weavile @ Choice Band
Jolly / Pressure
40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
~ Pursuit
~ Ice Shard
~ Brick Break
~ Night Slash
(Definitely unsure about the move-set. it's purpose is to be a dragonslayer(I needed an ice type)

Standard enough

Jynx @ Leftovers
Timid / Forewarn
252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
~ Mean Look
~ Perish Song
~ Lovely Kiss
~ Substitute
(Sing any powerhouse im stuck on to death)

You do realise it's all but impossible for jynx to swith in on anything you're likely to wanna trap? Umbron does this better:

Umbreon@ Leftovers
Careful
252HP/92SpDef/164Spd
Mean Look
Toxic
Baton Pass
Wish

Perish Trapping may look nice, but it forces you to stay in, and if your opponent does manage to switch out you've got nothing to show for it. Umbreon has big defences and has no problem switching and staying in while he toxi-traps. Better still, if you do need to switch, you can baton poass instead and keep the opponent trapped. Wish also benefits the entire team

(Open for suggestions.)

Thanks!
Your team has literally no answer to physical walls- something like hippowdon will smile all the way through. Three physical sweepers is overkill, get rid of at least one of them for a special sweeper. Azelf as your lead over qwilfish will also help:

Azelf@Focus Sash
Naive
252SpAtt/252Spd/6Att
Stealth Rock
Psychic
Flamethrower
Explosion

Your team also lacks anything in the way of bulk, which is gonna hurt. The addition of umbreon will help somewhat, with something like dusknoir to complement him by taking fighting attacks:

Dusknoir@Leftovers
Impish
252HP/80Def/176SpDef
Will-O-Wisp
Pain Split
Shadow Sneak
Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch

Also acts as a spn blocker. Fire Punch gets bugs, Thunder Punch gets Gyrados, and Ice Punch gets Dragons.

Make those changes and I'll rate again.
