Welcome. Now, without any introductions and speeches, I will tell you that this is an Uber tier tournament. Meaning, during this tournament, there are absolutely no Pokemon that are banned from play. Groudon, Mew, Lugia, all of these Pokemon are playable in this tournament. The Uber tier is different from the OU tier in many ways. But, it is assuredly an enjoyable experience. It takes a lot of skill to play in, and it's a hell of a lot of fun to play with your favorite legendary Pokemon.

Rules

-As said, all Pokemon that were previously banned in battles here on PE2K, are playable in this tournament.
-This is a one on one, single elimination tournament.
-Legitimate Arceus are allowed to be used in this tourament. That means, you must have obtained one without the use of an external device. Shaymin Sky and Giratina Origin forme are only allowed on Shoddy, on the count that a person playing Platinum who plays with a person who plays Diamond over Wi-Fi will battle these two Pokemon in their original formes.
-Hacked Pokemon are allowed, provided they are legal.
-You must demonstrate good sportsmanship, win, or loss.
-There are no prizes for first place

I am in for both. You might want to make it only 8 participants its going to be really hard to get 16. It makes NO sense that Giritina-O is only allowed on shoddy as it is totally obtainable and usable without codes or anything.

I don't think Giratina works on Wi-Fi. It'll revert to its normal forme.

Arceus are allowed in both parts, but a legitimate Arceus has some restrictions placed upon it, and Arceus entered in the Wi-Fi half of the tournament need to have Arceus that are legitimate.

I should also mention that Arceus does not have Spacial Rend, Roar of Time, or Shadow Force programmed into Shoddy yet as moves that it can use in case anyone didn't know.

I know. A legitimate Arceus can only have 100 EVs in one stat (Well, it can have more, but it would take a really, really long time since you have to put Arceus in the PC and take him out every time you get 4 EVs) since it is given out at Level 100......
