With the Sinnoh map up, I'm only waitting for the teams to be ready to begin this.

Now, each phase will take the following time:

-End of turn phase: 1 day
-Set-up phase: 2 days
-Battle phase: One week

The respective team leaders will send me, through a private message VIA PE2k, the orders for the set-up phase. However, I will also be participating in this competition. How can that be?

Pretty simple. When you send me the orders, click on the box that says "confirm message receipt", or something like that. This way, when I get your orders, I shall not open them inmediatly.
Instead, I will post the orders of my team on the first day of Battle Phase. Then I will proceed to open all private messages and copy and paste them into the same thread.

Thus to ensure that I did not cheat by reading your orders, all you have to do is simply check the confirmation time of me reading your orders. If it happened before I posted my teams, then I have failed my duties as organized.

One more rule addition:
-Rules for competing for neutral territories are those stated in the first post. For held items to be allowed, both players must want them. If one of them doesn't, they are not used.
-Rules for attacking/defending battles can be modified by the defending team. The rules that can only be modified are:
-Number of Pokémon (3 or 4)
-Held items (on or off)
-Weather (Sunny, Rain, Normal, Sandstorm, Hail)

And the horde is taking green

Also, we're not sending moves until all teams are ready. One or two still need to confirm.

I don't think the color is really that important...

So I'm choosing Royal Blue. If my team has a problem with that color, PM me to change it. D:

No, the color isn't that important. I just want teams to be color coded when putting the maps.
And thus, with Ataro choosing National Park as HQ, we can begin.
This thread shall be used for general discussion, questions and answers.
Each turn a new thread will pop-up, named "Neo Risk Turn X ".
Each new thread will have:
-The movement results of the previous turn.
-Statistics of conquered and lost territories.
-Link to the main thread.

Then, teams will send orders. These orders will be posted in the thread, and challenges will be publicly acknowledged. The thread will also serve for posting the battle logs.
The "end of turn " phase is simply a day for me to update everything. And for you to plan strategy, of course =)

Send orders, thus, when the new thread is posted.

Take over. Not rewrite it without the original person's permission. Know what that is? Plagiarism. Jr should at least get a say in who runs it.

Well, he did say he had taken permission from Mike, so maybe he did ask him if he could implement the new rules or not. And anyway, Jr was never the "owner" really, it was suggested by Harry iirc.
