About starting a League, please help.
Okay, I've been asked by a friend to see about starting up a league, the problem is that the website is down, I've emailed, no response, then called, still nothing. can someone tell me what's up, or if there's another way to get a league started.
I am seriously desperate, I can't post on the official page because I don't have a freaking POP ID. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The only place to get one online is the official website, though you can get one by going to an event.
