Lee's jaw droped when he saw Kim there then he grinned. "See, not fair." He said. "So anyway, were do we go now?" He said, he saw signs of a battle off the corner of his eye and turned that way. "I'll see what's going on over there." He said, the usual icey tornado surrounding him, turning him into his guardian form, then he flew in that direction. After about three minutes of flying he got there. He saw two kids battling... spacemen, what the hell? "You two need help?" He yelled down to the two kids.

Kimashi turned into her guardian form and walked over with Lee.

Ashley saw the grunt curse and all that stuff. And she saw that girl see her, she knew it. A Grunt came out of the bushes a few feet away, and in a flash, a Beedrill was out. Piplup would need backup. In a sudden and quick movement, she released her Torchic and it immediately spat a Flamethrower, which it didn't obviously know that it was gonna burn Beedrill if it lunged a little too far. Meanwhile, Piplup was returned, and the Torchic went to work.

(Whoa, wait a second. It's a teamed up double battle, ain't it? Each participant uses only one Pokemon, right? Grunt Uno is using Sableye, Grunt dos is using Beedrill, Aislyn's using Azumarril, and that means Ashley should use only one, too. Maybe you could have her recall Piplup, then use only Torchic.)

Frost sighed in annoyance. They had, aperantly, not heard him over the sound of the battle. He started collecting energy in his hand before firing an icey wind in the direction of one of the spacemen, yes, the spaceman, not his pokemon. He still found it wierd that two children were being attacked by spacemen. He then decided to find out what he could from the other, so he flew down to the other spaceman and glared at him, deciding to wait for the spaceman's reaction to see what side he was on.

(Sorry! It wasn't my intent to ignore you guys, Esper and Kimashi. I was going to respond to your posts after the battle got going a little. Oh, and don't worry Sundown. It's all good. ^^)

So concentrated on his attack, the Beedrill failed to notice that the Piplup was quickly replaced with a fiery Torchic. The giant wasp found himself colliding with a jet of fire instead of a small penguin.

"No!" Galactic Grunt Morty cursed as he watched his Pokemon fall to the ground with numerous burns on its exoskeleton. "Get up!"

The Beedrill strained against his injuries, somehow managing to get back into the air.

Aislyn felt sorry for the poor creature, seeing it pressed on like this. How careless could this trainer be to his own Pokemon? Then again, he obviously wasn't a good guy. One more move, though, should knock out the Beedrill. With all those burns, she might as well cool it down with water.

"Rain, use Water Pulse!"

"Azu!" The azumarrill shouted a confirmation, then issued a swirling vortex of rushing water from his mouth. The Beedrill slugishly turned and glumly watched as the tornado headed towards him and consumed him.

Finally, the Beedrill fainted.

In growling frustration, Morty recalled his first Pokemon. "Don't you get cocky!" he warned as he reached for his belt, but before he could grab it, an artic wind suddenly swept over him. Knocked to his knees, the grunt fell to the ground in a shivering fit.

Aislyn, Rain, and the other Galactic Grunt eached turned thier heads to the source of the sudden Icy Wind. The Cresselia Guardian gasped at what she saw: two humans standing at the edge of the clearing, or at least, they looked human. However, there was something off about this duo. Both of them had feathery wings, looking like Pokemon mutants.

"G-guardians?" Grunt Renson stuttered, suddenly becoming afraid.

Aislyn couldn't believe her own eyes, but her heart raced. Guardians! There were more people just like her! She wasn't as alone as she thought before. But then . . . why had the one attacked the Grunt? That went against everything she learned. This wasn't a bad Guardian, was it?

"More of them?" Morty muttered between chattering his teeth.

Suddenly one of the Guardians, the male in a blue sweatshirt, lurched forward and stood face to face with Renson. The poor Grunt was scared out of his wits by now, and screeched as he shied away. He hid behind his companion, who had slowly and painfully come to his feet.

"No good," Morty shivered. "Too many. Need to ... report back ... to base."

"Let's get out of here!" Renson quaked, and not even waiting for a reply, he took off running into the forest with his loyal Sableye in pursuit.

"Get back here, you coward!" Morty roared in his direction, but he looked back at the surrounding vehemence. Pointing a shivering finger at Aislyn, he hissed, "Don't you forget this!"

Taking another ball from his belt, the Galactic Grunt released yet another Pokemon: a Skunktank. As if reading his trainer's thoughts, the giant purple skunk turned and released a plume of foul smelling smokescreen, covering the escape of the mysterious Galactic Grunts.

Aislyn coughed as her eyes teared up. Never had she smelled anything so foul!

"H-hello?" she weakly called through the dense cloud, looking wildly around. The fog was so thick that she couldn't see beyond her hand, and it killed her lungs as well.

Freddie sighed in relief as he returned his Tauros to his ball. The Hippowdon sat in silence, trapped within his hole and knocked out. Shaking his head, he couldn't believe what had happened in the past few minutes. Aislyn's and his dinner had rudely been interrupted by this rampaging creature, but with a closer look, Freddie had realized that this Hippowdon was owned. Someone had purposly sent it to attack them, but who?

Team Galactic, the word was recalled from his memory. Those two goons who had knocked on his front door had done this!

Freddie gritted his and stormed to the front door. They were going to pay! He was going to track them down and teach them a thing or two! No one messes with Brights! No one! His hand wrapped around the handle, but the door swung open on its own accord. Taken off guard, Freddie stared blankly at the figure standing in his way.

"Hello there," Morty grinned with ill intent. "Remember me?"

Before Freddie could react, his world went black.

Kimashi stared down before landing. She watched them all with bright eyes. Finally she walked up to Frost. "Frost. THese people. Their team Galactic." She said quietly. She stared down the grunts as they cowarded in fear.

Frost looked at the grunt with a disapointed look on his face. If this was the resistance the other guardians were getting then why were they worried. He listened to what Gia had to say and nodded. "I have no idea who they are, but if their like Team Rocket..." He started, but was interupted by one of the grunts saying something about more guardians, then running off. The other sent out a Skunktank and it used an attack that Frost assumed was a haze attack.

He started coughing, the haze smelled worse then anything he had smelled before, but what did he expect against a skunk pokemon. He was having a hard time breathing and hoped Gia would think of something. He coughed a few times before reverting to his human form, which was a dumb idea because his guardian form could survive this haze.

Gia flew up and used her gust attack flapping her wings to clear the smoke. "Their worse." She said frowning. She landed and folded up her wings before turning out of guardian form. "Can you scout ahead and look for them? I want to talk to this girl." Said Kimashi

I wondered what time it was, I knew it had been a while since I`s left the camping site, as my stomach was beginning to growl. My watch had broken a few days ago, and I was utterly lost without it, seeing as I couldn`t judge time if my life depended on it. It usually didn`t bother me much anymore, as I had the time-telling gizmo to keep track of the minutes, which was useless at the moment.

“Vee” called Rigel, my cute brown fox-cat hybrid Pokémon, his cream mane blowing in the slight breeze. He had decided to walk this route, which was quite unlike him. My right shoulder was his usual spot, where he could effortlessly enjoy the view from above. I knew the voice came from behind, so I instinctively turned my head in that direction, in search of Rigel. His figure wasn`t hard to spot against the short, emerald green grass, which couldn`t hide a Wurmple.

“What`s wrong?” I asked, my voice a bit louder than usual, seeing as I wanted him to hear me. It didn`t seem to yield the results I wanted, however, as he didn`t make an effort to move. Instead, he continued on standing still, his eyes fixed on a certain point ahead of me. I knew he wasn`t fooling around, but I needed to get to the city to avoid the cries of an empty stomach. Then again, it came to me that he might have heard something coming from down the clean, grassy path ahead. I stood there, for a few minutes trying to pick the best option.

“Ev!” shouted the small creature, before bolting in the direction his dark eyes had been scanning. A little confused, I gave chase, wanting to get to the bottom of this. The beautiful scenery became blurrier as my speed increased in my attempt to catch up to Rigel.

“Rigel, stop! What`s going on here?” I shouted, hoping it would produce a better result than before. To my dismay, it really didn`t work well as the Eevee continued forward without even slowing in the slightest. I was starting to get annoyed with my friend`s lack of co-operation. This coupled with my growing hunger was not a good combination, seeing as it brought out my impatient side. “If you don`t stop now, I`ll have to call you back!” I shouted, trying not to sound too mean, yet wanting him to get the message.

“Vee, vee!” replied the Eevee, finally slowing down a bit, allowing me to catch up. It didn`t take me long to reach him after that, which I was thankful for. I could literally feel the hot sweet roll down my previously clean back, which I was sure would get my black t-shirt and white vest smelly, not the best way to set foot in a new city, if I could ever find it!

“What was that for?” I demanded, trying to catch my breath, a little frustrated he hadn`t listened earlier. He simply winked, and started for the curve, which wasn`t far forward. I really had no idea how to take his answer, so I curiously followed. The grass became gravel, leaving me wondering how I had missed that a few moments ago. With another sigh, I began to notice weird grey pillars up ahead, and with that, completing the curve`s turn.

“Ee” stated Rigel, his eyes beaming with pride. It hit me suddenly that the darker structures were buildings, which could only mean one thing, the city had been found.

“Great job,” I complemented, my voice beaming with delight, which pasted a grin on the Eevee`s face. I knew that we had little distance left to cover before we reached Hearthome. If I was lucky, it would be before dinner time, and we could enjoy it at a nice restaurant!
