Wow, didn't know there was a name for that type of character, but yeah, Deoxys is definitely a woobie. Cute because he certainly doesn't as huggable as Mew, Manaphy, Jirachi, or Mew. And yay for Deoxys fans! :) Deoxys is certainly not the Legendary most people would go "aww" over, so he needs love.

I have to go and slightly revise my chapters outline, anyway. Originally, Jirachi was going to be visiting Darkrai on Newmooon Island to ask him to help her (my idea was that he had some power over the dead and could help in some shape or form), but since he appeared in Chapter 1 and was very adamant about his feelings for humans, he was obviously going to say no. So in scrapping that idea, I kinda combined Chapter 2 and part of 3 in Chapter 2, which leaves Chapter 3 only with a battle. Just a battle won't cut it for a chapter, so I'm planning to either add something or get a bit of Chapter 4 in Chapter 3, which might result in the revelation of a main character a chapter sooner than I had planned. Meh, I'll go and see what will fit better. ^^

Perhaps you could use that opportunity to flesh out some of the other Legendaries like Deoxys, for instance? Seriously, though, you should probably add something. Adding part of chapter 4 into chapter 3 wouldn't help very much at all, and it's harder to shoehorn stuff in later on in the progression of plot so you'd be better off filling in the gap now.

Or just add lots and lots of dialogue.

Okay, yesterday, I went back on my outline and implemented Deoxys more into the storyline (and also added a scene in Chapter 3, which means I won't take something from Chapter 4 and put it in there). Good thing, too, because there was this chapter (twenty-something) that irked me, and with Deoxys in there, it doesn't seem like the filler chapter it was. ^^

Double post; oi Dios mio! :p

I drew some Halloween fanart, but I couldn't finish it yesterday since I had to go to my school's football game. Now, though, it's done. :) I'm pleased with it despite the fact that some details are sloppy, and I'm especially happy with the background (read a tutorial on dA but had to modify some things because I have a different Photoshop version).

Who's that, you may ask? Why that's the second main characater of the story (who won't appear until chapter four), Mark Antony. I think him having that scythe is a good indication as to what role he's going to have later on. ;P

Hehe, Mark's mad 'cause Jirachi almost made him lose his scarf. And Jirachi doesn't care. xD

What he has in that cage thing is a soul, though that cage won't be in the story; the skull on top of the scythe is what holds souls. Meh, this, after all, did start as a doodle in History. *shrugs* And this is the first time I've drawn Mark without his scarf on [he uses the clip on the scarf to fasten it instead of tying it in a knot]. I doodle him too much to be healthy at school. D:

Oh yeah, if the colors look off, sorry. I did this on my laptop.

Chapter 3 is 1/3 done. :)
