Although, I do like Johnny Depp - but it seems he keeps trying to pull the same rolls lately. I'm afraid his Mad Hatter will be another Willy Wonka failure/mimic. :/

I really want to go see Daybreakers, as I think it'd be nice to et the idea of Twilight out of our minds. Finally, SCARY VAMPIRES!
Oh, now that I didn't know. =o I'm still stuck on the HUGE grin of the Cheshire Cat. XD

Yeah, I do know what you mean. I didn't really like that new Willy Wonka movie, though. The old one was much better. *nodnod*

And even though it's not a movie, I've been watching the series Trueblood lately. I like those vamps very much so. c:

Indeed. :D
I am interested in the new version of Alice, because I'm eager for a remake/twist to be good.

And yes. Gene Wilder was the original and best Willy Wonka we know.

I apparently going to the movies tomorrow.
Any ideas on something I should see?

Have you seen Avatar? I hear it's a fun movie.

If you don't mind being a week late, you can see A Christmas Carol in 3D. The 3D is neat, and it had a few cute moments.

I want to see Avatar. I've heard great things about it, too, from like...everyone. xD

Ooh, so that was a good movie, you think? I haven't been to the cinemas since I last saw New Moon so I really should go sometime soon. n___n;;

If I decided to be picky. It would be bad as less people would join. So you're accepted along with everyone else.

@Austin: You didn't need to sign up you're already added. xD

As for Alice in Wonderland, that appears to be a great movie, and I personally cant wait to see it. For both Alan Rickman, and Johnny Depp are great actors whom I admire both.

Avatar I've actually heard some poor rumors about. But that won't stop me from seeing it.

I saw trailers for movies when I went to see Sherlock Holmes. Most notably, Ironman 2 and Clash of the Titans. Those two look like epic movies that are totally worth going to see.

I figure this as well, a movie I'd like to see is that new Alvin and the Chipmunks (I dunno the exact title of it). That and The Blind Side, those look rather cute. xD

Avatar is a pretty incredible movie.
You feel so immersed in the world and the plot is fairly good.

Alice in wonder Land should be good.
I haven't seen the original in ages.

Have you seen the Syfy miniseries? Alice?
It was amazing! A bit far fetched, but then again, it was SYFY channels interpretation of ALICE IN WONDERLAND. XD

how far did the alice in wonderland book go? because if thats apart of it i want to read it and set myself expectations.

but a movie with johnny depp, alan rickman and stephen fry is bound to be excellent.
edit: matt lucas too?
i'm definately seeing this

Awesome. Avatar is up on the list of movies to watch then. I'll definately be checking it out. All accepted. All SUs are in the spoiler in the first post. Mitch, I'd like you to fill out a form so I can add yours to the list. xD

Okay, speaking of that, we have nearly 15 members by the third day, so this is pretty cool. So I've added a "Movies to Watch" Bit in the 3rd post. I want all of you to list 3 movies that you recommend in no particular order of favoritism. I'll do this every monday now, and The top ones will be posted on the front page. I'm also holding an open Graphics for a Main Banner for this thread. If anyone is interested in that. So have fun. While I now update the members list as the Ranking thing is rather stupid to me, now. XD

I never watched the original and I think it may be a good idea for me to watch the original and to compare it, But it does seem like movie worth going to see, hoping its good though.

Johnny Depp
Anne Hathaway
Helena Bonham Carter
Crispin Glover
Mia Wasikowska
Stephen Fry
Alan Rickman
Michael Sheen
Christopher Lee
Timothy Spall
Michael Gough

That is definitely a star studded cast. Stephen Fry & Matt Lucas for me are the two I'm most eager to see in this movie. Comedy legends, that is all.

EDIT:
Movies to watch: Angels and Demons, Doctor Doolittle and Girl, Interrupted.
