The second question I am not sure of, however, Pokémon can be any colour you want them to be in the URPG.

Shinies don't really matter in the URPG as they aren't anything special lol, but if you want to claim some/all of your Pokemon as shinies, then go for it. Pokemon in the URPG can be any color, just look at my the ones in my stats xD

As for story deals, you just ask whoever is wanting to do a story deal for you to do so and get them want they want in return. Then once the person has the story written and a capture is successful, then you both can trade in the trade thread :]

Also, don't think that if you "claim" a Pokemon as a shiny one, it will go up in value 'a la' D/P/Pt.

Like no one will take your 'shiny' voltorb for their 'unshiny' infernape with 10 TM's.

Yeah, like everyone's been saying, you could make all your Pokemon purple with stripes an polka dots for all anyone cares. As for story deals, I'll just add on that that be smart when bartering if you're asking for one, pay attention to the value of every mon, ask people you trust if it's a smart deal, etc. Same as with standard trades.

Hmmmm, I know this has been asked before and answered and crap, but I don't remember the answer and can't find it listed anywhere, so: Burn caused by the foe doesn't half the Attack of a Mon with Hyper Cutter, does it? Either way, maybe the Hyper Cutter Ability should be edited to make it clear.

Hyper Cutter only takes out things that lower, burn does not 'directly' affect the attack stat, just halves the base.
