Lucario (Inner Focus) @ Focus Sash
Lonely Nature
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
-Close Combat

This has worked really well, and helps counter quite a lot of leads, especially by countering their physical attacks. Or else, it can just use it other three attacks. X-Speed ensures that it gets atleast two moves in the opponent before dying.

Latias (Levitate) @ Leftovers
Timid Nature
128 HP / 128 SpA / 252 Spe
-Calm Mind
-Dragon Pulse

This is one of my favourites in this team, and after a Calm Mind can dent quite a lot of things. I also set this up by using Calm Mind + Recover on Special Attackers (especially Tentacruel). After three to four Calm Minds, she can sweep through almost every team.

Salamence (Intimdate) @ Life Orb
Naughty Nature
232 Atk / 24 SpA / 252 Spe
-Dragon Dance
-Fire Blast

DD Mence :) After a single Dragon Dance, this is a beast. Outrage hits everything hard except Steels, and Fire Blast takes care of those especially Scizor and Bronzong. Earthquake takes care of Heatran.

Spiritomb (Pressure) @ Choice Band
Adamant Nature
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
-Sucker Punch
-Shadow Sneak

This is the one which I have doubts about. I'm not exactly sure if this plays an important role in my team or not, so help on this will be appreciated. CB Shadow Sneak hits hard, and in case something starts setting up , I can Trick Choice Band onto it. (I once had a Suicune set up six calm minds, then I tricked Choice Band onto it xD)

Swampert (Torrent) @ Leftovers
Relaxed Nature
252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
-Stealth Rock
-Ice Beam

Sets up Rocks, and can absorb hits, and shuffle with Roar. I had Protect instead of Roar first, but too many things were setting up on me withour Roar.

Rotom-Wash (Levitate) @ Choice Scarf
Timid Nature
4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Shadow Ball
-Hydro Pump

My revenge killer basically, can ohko Gyarados with Thunderbolt, and outspeed it after a DD, and packs quite a punch in general. Hydro Pump hits Mamoswine and Gliscor, and Shadow Ball is a good STAB move as well.

This is just my second or third team, so I'm still particularly new at this. Suggestions will be appreciated.

EDIT: For some reason, the title of the thread wouldn't go in all caps...

Spiritomb doesn't fit well IMO. Try like Scarf Jirachi or something.

You should work on some team synergy. I'm seriously not seeing your Pokemon work together at all. So yeah. Have them cover each other.

Mons are here though
