Mario's Art 4.0 [Latest: 9.02.2011]

Woo, fourth version! I just got a tablet; the Wacom Bamboo Fun! Please go easy on me, I'm barely starting with a tablet. XD I didn't realize how long it took to draw one of these. I was planning on updating one every day, but it doesn't seem likely. I will try to update often, though.

I'm going to be enhancing some of the drawings from my old thread as well as a lot of new ones.

I like the Lucario you drew. =D It would use some shade on the body, but that doesn't matter too much. ^..^; I hope to see more work from you. =D

There is some shade. XD Look at the face and the legs closely. I suck at shading, though.

Oops, I needed to look over it again. XDD

Yeah, I see it now. ^..^ You don't suck at it, there's just different ways to shade a drawing. =] Overall, I like it.

You and I have the same tablet, Mario. :D What color did you choose? I chose black.

Awesome Lucario pic, especially for your first tablet drawing. The lines aren't that shaky, and the aura effect is pretty good. You should try some cell-shading if you want to experiment with shading. It really makes pictures pop out, especially when you have a cool light source like the Aura Sphere. :3

Okay, I edited the Lucario image and added Mewtwo. Beware, no background included. =/

And Rocio, I got the gray one. It was hard to find. I went to Best Buy, Apple Store, Fry's and even the Bamboo website. Thankfully, Best Buy online had it, but it didn't give me an option to choose a color.

Also, I haven't drawn any new ones because I don't have the time right now. =\ I will try to update every weekend. (I need a whole day!) But before, I don't like the size of Mewtwo and Lucario, so I THINK I'm going to re-draw those first... not sure.

New update! My Houndoom evolution - Houndorth. Named after Orthrus, the Greek mythology double-headed dog.

In case anyone's interested, here are the stats:
HP: 78
Attack: 100
Defense: 78
Special Attack: 130
Special Defense: 80
Speed: 109
