How do you get to islands 4 5 6 7 8 9 - Pokemon Forum

I've been trying for houres to get to island 4 5 6 7 8 9 but I can't any idears?

You have to recover the Ruby Plate from the cave that the two Rocket grunts are guarding (fight them to get entrance into the cave).

I beleive it is on one of the first three islands.

Don't you also have to beat the E4?

Correct, it is on Island One, I should have made that clear in my other post.

And yes, you must first defeat the Elite Four and have captured 60 Pokemon and received the National Pokedex. Then they will allow you to battle them, and gain entrance into the cave puzzle. Once you figure out the puzzle, and get to the correct room, you can get the Ruby Plate. After you've retreived the Ruby Plate, give it to Celio in the Pokecenter on Island One. He will then give you the ticket to Islands 4, 5, 6, and 7.

Know what you mean. Thank goodness for Action Replay to get a ticket like that. Course I use mine very wisely, just pick up a few Pokemon not available on either game and get a few TMs to make my journey easier. One TM is clearly not enough, got to have 2 or 3 extra of that TM.

Heh... the thing is... I try not to cheat... so I never end up buying those cheat devices.

I caught the 60 pokemon, beat the E4, got the new pokedex. I went back to island 1 to those two rockets. They won't battle me. just tell me to go away. Am I missing a step?
