Some stuff to announce:

IMPORTANT!!! After talking with some of the other Rangers, it's been decided that Encounter Rolls will have a fixed method, instead of letting everyone roll them as they like. This new method is as follows:

1-5 = Common
6-9 = Uncommon
10-12 = Intermediate
13-14 = Rare/Special
15 = Legend

Next, just want to throw out there, since I know most people aren't aware of this: if a person encounters THREE OR MORE of any single Pokemon, the Ranger can reroll ONE TIME for each of those encounters after the second. So if a Trainer is running into four Caterpie, I can reroll for two of those. These rerolls are final and cannot be re-rerolled.

These will be posted in the Info for Rangers thread. Also, I will be moving certain threads and combining others. I'll post here after the updates are complete.

There are still things we're discussing in the Park Committee thread, so if anyone wants to offer suggestions and opinions, don't hesitate to go post.

Okay, I unstuck the Ranger Quiz thread in the Ranger Logs sub-board, since we have that in the Parkpedia already. I put the Capture Rate thread with the Information for Rangers Thread and added a post about the new Encounter Rolls method. I unstuck the Rangers List thread in this board because we have a list in the Parkpedia, and I updated the Mechanics thing with links to the Encounter Rolls post and the Capture Rate post.

For now I think that's it for moving/unsticking threads.

So if I have an RP already in progress, and the trainer happened to roll like four of one 'Mon and three of the other, can I still do rerolls for those? Or could I only do that when I initially rolled? I'm glad there's a fixed roll method now though, this makes it a lot easier.

After talking with Sam, we've agreed that BULBA-ONLY members will get a one-time Park discount that makes the Entry Fee and any Extra Pokemon Permits half-off the first time a Trainer enters the Park. Also, they get a $5,000 Shop Credit, which works the same way; it's applied only the first time they post in the Shop. This special will run for five days, which gives everyone a chance to get in on the deal.

Also, the Special Map will be removed and an extra number will be added to the Encounter Rolls method; 16, which will be for Legends now, with 15 being given the spot for Special. So instead of having 1-15 for determing rank, it'll be 1-16.

The changes for the Park take effect as of today. This doesn't affect RPs already in progress or rolls that have already been done.

Also Sheep, the rerolls have to be done with the initial rolls, so sorry, you can't reroll for anyone already in the Park ^^'.

EDIT: After discovering a flaw with our plan to combine the Rare and Special ranks, I've decided to just keep them separate and have them have a separate roll number for the Special rank.
