I sent out a pm to every mod in the battling center so they know what we are doing. I think we have done everything short of posting a thread to take a vote, but based on the responses alone it would have passed. So im going to add this 15 member rule to the index. For anyone with over 15 members it is improtant to know you dont have to drop anyone, but you can not recurit anyone until your below 15. That means you can not replace anyone either until you meet the 15 member mark.
