I was told by shiny a while ago (about a week after this thread originally started) that gym leaders that were in the OP as official gym leaders are allowed to start taking challenges as soon as their team(s) is/are ready.

If you are wanting to challenge someone, I am open to your choice of these tiers...Uber, OU, and UU. Just shoot me a PM.
