The tornament of luck!!!
Pokemon is all about luck when you think about it. Accuracy, critical hits, and added effects from attacks are all about luck. So why dont we have a tornament using roulette battle rules.
rules battle style: Ou roullette battle ( if u dont know what a roulette battle is check it on google) smogon tiers standard battling clauses 8 trainers each trainer must have a minimum of 12 battling pokemon. sign ups -pkmnrulz - - - - - - -
