Does 4th Generation Pokemon Exist in HG/SS? - Pokemon Forum

I want to know if there are 3rd and 4th generation pokemon are there in Heart Gold/Soul Silver because i like them and want to capture them.. if anyone knows then please tell me?

HH/SS have ALL the pokemon, i don't know exactly how many of them there are but there are some. Its not limited to just RBY and GSC. I know you can get the rotom appliances, so long as you have a rotom.

this means there are 493 pokemons in HG/SS??

Yes, of course; Generation 4 and 3 Pokémon exists in HeartGold and SoulSilver, you just need to trade most of them from your Pokémon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum game to your Pokémon HeartGold or SoulSilver game d:

Well, I know that somehow there is a radio station that makes it so you can catch certain Gen 3 and 4 Pokemon. But unless you got the games you cannot get all of them.

On Wednesdays you can listen to the Hoenn Sound on the PokeGear and on Thursdays it's the Sinnoh Sound. Several Gen III Pokemon + Buneary & Kricketot can be found swarming - listen to Pokemon Talk on PokeGear. Some Hoenn & Sinnoh Pokemon can also be caught in the Safari Zone - Look on Bulbapedia for information.
