You know, it almost baffles me how no one thought of this before, self included.

Discuss techniques, styles, banner and avatar making with Adobe's outstanding program Photoshop, whether it be from version 6,7, or CS, or even other updates of it once they come. All that I ask is:

• Keep it Photoshop / GIMP related.
• Keep info truthful, such as tutorials, links to sources and the like.

Any really good links to sites posted in this thread I'll gladly place in this post for easy reference.

Well, I tried looking up a good site. The one I always have been using is Imageshack. I'm not all sure about other sites I've been looking up. Photobucket would have been my second suggestion, but you didn't want that, so yeah. I keep hearing Flickr is a good one, but I'm not all sure about it. =P

Ugh, none of the top image hosts are really that good anymore. Guess I'll just use my Dropbox. ¯\(°_o)/¯

You said in your other thread that Tinypic keeps JPEGing? That's really weird. I've experienced that on Photobucket before, but never Tinypic. Perhaps it's a bug or something that'll get sorted.

Photobucket and Tinypic are run by the same company. I noticed the sig I made last night was horribly disfigured when I woke up today, and I'm sure it's not the only time it's happened.

Not to mention that even if you upload pngs to Tinypic, they're converted to jpg.

imgur.com has no bs where you have to right click the image to get the raw URL of it. Furthermore, its images are not blocked by Columbia, like ImageShack's images.

EVERYTHING I upload is PNG, I never settle for less, yet I've never had it JPEG'd... hmn...

UploadStop. xD The upload speed on that site seems to be okay-ish, and I don't think it converts the original file format when uploading~
