That's a good question though and since I wrote up the rules for the multi battle, I don't see why one person couldn't battle two people at the same time, using two Pokemon.

I don't like the idea of it being a 2v1 player battle because then the challenger knows what their teammate (themselves) is thinking and how to coordinate the attacks, while Sabi and Knight have to either guess, or discuss it with each other. :/

EDIT1: Also, Sabi, would you mind searching the Battle and Archives threads and add all the battles Knight has been in/is in to your post? P:

Disadvantage of that is it's only one mind versus two. One person may see something the other may not, being by yourself you may miss something, etc. Again I gotta wait for the Multi-Battle rules and a Double Battle Rules [since Multis run like Doubles with some changes] to be accapted. XD

I'll PM it to you and go find some of his battles in the archives and edit the post.

Also what Sabi said as well.
But, I would be correct in thinking that at least the gym leaders will most likely be coordinating anyway, right Sabi? Then the single player wouldn't have an advantage.

(Plus I think people might go for the muti option anyway cause it would be more fun.)

Sabi, Knight, you're both a-okay by me. I actually like the idea of a Liza and Tate-esque two-on-one scenario, it makes things more interesting.

What is the Gym Arena? An arena built on giant Tree of Life.
A giant tree of life with height of 1000 m, and the trunk has diameter of 24 m. The tree has only four giant branches which are facing North, East, South, and West. It looks like a hand with four fingers, and has many green leaves covering the edge of the fingers. The middle of the trunk where the 4 giant branches grow, is built an arena. A round arena with diameter of 40 m with vines and leaves around. There are plants surrounding the arena, and dim light on the arena floor. The leaves from the four giant branches glow colourful during the night, making the arena really beautiful and sparkling at the night.

What are, if any, the requirements to challenge your Gym? Everyone is welcome.

Fox, that isn't how the Applications work. We only comment on your post if we have a comment or question about it and we don't approve instantly, we talk about it for a while in the Staff board. I, personally, have no issues with your Gym except that bracket 5 seems too middle ground for me... :/ I'd bump it down to 4 (though if there aren't 6 Pokemon that fit those requirements, 5 will have to do. xD), then you have my vote.

Like I said, you're not going to be approved instantly, so I suggest saving your money until you hear back from us so you have money to buy and evolve your Mons with.

Gym Title: The Signature Elemental Master (Will make a better name later).

Description of Gym Theme: The Gym Leader has all 17 Pokemon types in his arsenal. Opponent picks at least 3 types and the battle shall commence from there. Best 2 out of 3 battles take the win, and challenger gets the Badge.

Ex.
paperfairy chooses Fire, Water and Electric.

I will send Pokemon registered under those types, and he will do exactly the same, from his stats. It doesn't matter if they're pure typed or multi-typed.

Ex.
paperfairy sends Houndoom, Ludicolo and Stunfisk
I will send x, x and x.

Vanilluxe - Ice
Volcarona - Bug

- It's still counted as one type battle overall, not two.

What do you mean 'no DQ'? Like, if I've lost or won by DQ, then I can't challenge you..? Er, that pretty much includes every member. xD I suggest you get rid of the DQ bit altogether.

So the Pokemon I send out has to have a Sig move? :/

Also, if someone picks 'Poison', you should make it mandatory that they pick 'Normal' as well, then another type so it's a 3v3 rather than 4v4. So yeah~ c:
