Effects: Skuntank releases her skunk fume. The smell kills the nose of everyone who smell it. Any active Pokemon except Grimer, Muk, Trubbish, Garbodor, Koffing, Weezing, Stunky, and Skuntank lose their focus and concentration, lose 5 HP at the end of the round and have their accuracy reduced by 1 stage (Acc - 1). Lasts 3 rounds.
Usage Gap: Once per 3 Rounds

Description: Ever since evolution, Galvantula’s appetite for electricity has become monstrous. Its static spinneret constantly uses up static and Galvantula has to find ways to refill it every time. Unfortunately during battles, he runs out on electricity at the most dire of times. However, his keen sense of sight has enabled him to detect body static on his opponent. Instead of clinging onto Pokemon when he was a Joltik, he rushes forward and latches his mandibles onto any part of his opponent and drains off the body static.
Type: Electric
Base Power: 75
Accuracy: 90
Classification: Physical
Energy Modifier: 0
Effects: User: +X HP and +X Energy, where X is the damage dealt by this attack multiplied by 0.5.

You mean 50, right? Well, I was thinking more like a Electric-type Giga Drain. I could lower the BP from 75, to whatever amount you find is fair? Also don't forget, Galvantula's Attack is quite sucky.

I forgot about Giga Drain. The original is approved. Although Galvantula's ASB ATK is only one lower than its SPATK...

Sig Move: Poison Storm

Weezing releases his gas to the arena. The gas rages each round and allows Weezing to grow another head.

As BW Dex says, a triplet can be found as Weezing feed on enough gas.
Type: Poison | BP: - | Accuracy: 100
Classification: Status/Weather
Target: Entire Field
Energy Modifier: 7
Effects: Weather. At the end of every round for 2 rounds except the last, each active Pokémon, except Poison types, loses 4 HP simultaneously. Damage dealt by Poison-type attacks is multiplied by 1.5. Damage dealt by Poison (PSN) and Toxic (TXC) effect are raised by 2. At the end of this weather effect, Weezing has 30% chance to grow 1 more head. By getting 1 more head, Weezing gains Atk and Sp.Atk by 1 stage (Atk + 1, Sp.Atk + 1).
Usage Gap: Once per 2 Rounds

I really wish you'd start putting more description into these things...

Either way, the one 'every round for two rounds except the last' is quite confusing and I have no idea what part of the effect it refers to. Also, you should probably specify that only one extra head can be grown.

It's the one to blame.

I assume it means the weather lasts 2 rounds. Damage occurs at the 1st round. But not the second.

EDiT: And actually I want more than 3 heads. :P if allowed.
