Use a smeargle for the ones in the field egg group, and if they aren't in the field egg group... Sometimes things aren't entirely possible.

First thing,check in Bulbapedia what moves they can learn by breeding and check the fathers. For those in the Field Egg Group,Smeargle your way,ask for a friend with those moves,or someone here to help you.
If not on the Field Egg Group,catch the father and use it,when he learns the aforementioned move,breed it with the appropriate mother of course,and remember sometimes they can only learn that moves on a certain generation.
You'll need some trading/Wi-Fi help if you want all of that legit though.Remember Smeargle can be found at Artisan's Cave if you have Emerald ^_^
