The Starlit Ruins is a mysterious floating rock, rectangular in shape, 80 meters long by 40 meters wide, situated at the point over the North Pole, where sky meats space. Stars never fail to grace the battleground's nighttime setting, and the runes that coat the island make for multicolored, ever-changing lights on the ground. Auroras are also present. Below is Earth, in all it's glory, and one big fall-Gravity still exists here. Pillars are lined up around the edges, but smaller Pokemon can get around them easily. All the priceless relics are gone here, but the setting makes for epic battles. There aren't any real odd effects to this stadium, except one: occasionally, the rare relics that happen to be a part of the island will bloster one Pokemon's power. There is a 5% chance for a specific Pokemon to have their Attack, Defense, Special Attack, and Special Defense all increased by one, for one round only.

Alright Nacht, time to do some damage. Let Him Taunt you. It shouldn't be much of a problem and we want to avoid those rock type moves. Once taunted, use Steel Wing to get him back for what he said about you! A lovely bird such as yourself doesn't deserve insults like that! Cool that Larvitar down a bit afterwards with an Icy Wind!

The Starlit Ruins was filled with many stars in the sky. Auroras covered the black in the sky, causing a very magnificent scenery. Ancient relics surrounded the ruins, each containing strange powers. Two trainers decided to somehow fly to the ruins in the sky and have a battle. The first trainer selected a Honchcrow, and the other selected a Larvitar.

Nacht was the faster of the two, by far. It flew around, circling overhead as the dark flying Pokemon came down with a swoop. Its wings hardened like that of steel as it let its right wing crash into RAAM. RAAM flew back, crashing on its back on the rocky terrian. It hopped back up, things were just getting started.(Nacht -9 energy) (RAAM -18HP)

RAAM didn't like that the dark bird could fly. It didn't like the thought of the huge thing making itself stronger either. It looked up at the bird in the sky and turned around and stuck its rear end into the sky. It shook its booty at the flying bird overhead, making the bird a little annoyed. RAAM patted its butt, giving Nacht the only target it needed. (RAAM -6 energy) (Nacht taunted for 5 actions)

Just as RAAM turned back around, Nacht was already coming in with another attack. As before, it flew around and began to swoop down again at its opponent. This time, however, it flew as fast as it could, and swooped past RAAM. With about three feet between the two, the wind that came off of Nacht, sent chills down RAAM's spine, making it extremely cold. It shivered a moment trying to warm itself up. (Nacht -7energy) (RAAM -13HP)

RAAM wanted to take a moment and have a little dance. It hopped around, twirled, and danced as this silly dance raised its attack and speed a little. The awaiting Nacht wondered why in the world it was dancing instead of attacking. (RAAM -4 energy +1ATK +1SPD)

Alright, Nacht. He wants some damage, lets give him some damage. He may protect, but that's alright. Go ahead and use Superpower on the first if he doesn't protect. If he does, use Quick Attack to conserve energy. If you used Superpower on the turn, use Steel Wing. If not, use it. Same thing with quick attack here.

Round Two

A ripple of blue shimmered down the side of a ruined pillar, flowing into the ground and traveling to Nacht's feet and up his legs, filling his body with strength. He let out a caw of satisfaction as the magic honed his muscles.
[Ruins: Nacht, +1 ATK, +1 DEF, +1 SATK, +1 SDEF]

RAAM gulped nervously at the sight. Fortunately he was going somewhat on the defensive now. He lifted his stubby arms, focusing all his energy into the air in front of him. The emptiness seemed to shimmer and change color, forming a rippling barrier of turquoise energy in front of the Larvitar. Nacht saw what was happening almost immediately and took wing, trying to hit RAAM before his barrier could be complete, but even the Honchkrow's speed was not enough. Nacht smacked into the force field like a common crow against a sliding glass door. With an angry caw, he retreated, vowing revenge for his humiliation.

[Quick Attack: Nacht, -5% Energy]

Nacht wasn't going to wait for his vengeance. He leaped into the air again and swooped down on RAAM, whose barrier had faded like mist on a summer morning. With an audible slam, Nacht rammed into RAAM, knocking him into the ground and sending him skidding across the dirt and fetching up against a wall so hard that it instantly completed its cycle of degradation and fell all over RAAM in a little pile of stones and dust. Nacht fluttered his feathers proudly, barely even noticing the toll that the raw power had taken out of his strength.
[Superpower: Nacht, 18% Energy; RAAM, -33% HP]

Slowly RAAM picked himself up out of the dirt. He brushed off the stones as best he could, then suddenly had an idea. Why not use these crumbling stones as tools? He began to grab bits of bricks and statues and lob them at Nacht with all his might. The dark-feathered bird was taken by surprise and could do nothing but try to protect his face from the barrage of rocks. By the end, RAAM was panting but feeling triumphant at having taken Nacht down a peg.

RAAM, Rock Slide, Spam it. If Nacht did ANYTHING to make sure Rock Slide cannot do damage of any sort, or in any way make it fail to work, Dragon Dance instead.

Alright Nacht. Let's just get this little boy out of here. Use Icy Wind to start it off since you'll be taunted the first round. For the second round, use Superpower again. Trust me buddy, we can do this.

Nacht knew victory was not far at all. It wanted to cool things down before it put an end to the 'larvitar. It began to flap its wings as fast as it could. A breeze kicked up blowing in the direction of RAAM. The wind kept getting stronger as it got to a point of being extremely cold. RAAM shook a little as it felt the cold cut through its rock hard body like a knife. RAAM rubbed its body, trying to warm itself back up. The cold had also made it slightly slower. (RAAM -13HP -1 SPD) (Nacht -7 energy)

RAAM wasn't finished just yet. It jumped in the air and began to make rocks fall from the sky full of auroras. The rock crashed into the dark birds body as it struggled to try to keep flying. It was fine but the rocks had taken a small toll on Nacht. It was still ready to dish out more damage. (Nacht-17 hp) (RAAM -10 energy)

Nacht wanted to use its incredible strength. It swooped down at the tired Larvitar and bent one of its wings into a fist like motion. As it came down, it pounded RAAM on the top of the head, causing a major headache to make RAAM fall over. It held its head as the damage hurt...alot! So bad that RAAM laid where it was. Nacht flew about as it had earned a good victory! (RAAM -29 hp) (Nacht -18 energy)

I think Honchkrow is at -2 for both Attack and Defense after a second Superpower, right? Oh, yhea, I'll send out Scyez.

Now, onto the moves! Scyez, unless that Honchkrow does ANYTHING to screw with your move, or there's a swap-out, spam Thunderpunch. If it swaps out, prohibits damage before you can use Thunderpunch, or otherwise prevents the attack from occuring, use Swords Dance instead. If it swaps out on the second turn to a Pokemon that resists Thunderpunch, then it will depend on the type: If it's a Dragon or Grass Type, use Ice Punch instead; if it's a Electric Type, use Earthquake. If it doesn't swap out but does something to prevent you from using Thunderpunch before then, then use Swords Dance.

Latio sighed and recalled his fallen pokémon; he had hoped for a little bit of an advantage against Nacht before having to send out his second battler. Nevertheless, he was sure that his choice would be able to pull through and make the most of the situation. The smooth red and white ball arced through the air, reflecting the light of the stars above, and split open on the stone tiles that made up the floor of the ruins. Light flashed, briefly illuminating the dark of the night, and a blue and black dog-like creature leapt out. Unlike a dog, she walked on two legs and bore white bumps on her forearms. This was, or course, Latio’s Riolu: Scyez.

Round Six

Nacht wasn’t going to let the newcomer catch her breath before starting the onslaught. She began to flap her wings hard, causing blue arcs of energy to fly through the air. Scyez didn’t have time to dodge them before they were upon her, slicing through her blue fur and cutting the skin beneath. There was a howl of pain and the baby aura-wielder fell to her knees, but the agony was soon over. She stumbled back up, already deciding that she needed to get her own back on this bird.

Her muscles began to produce the electricity that would normally be sent along her nerves at an incredible rate. This was focused around her right fist, which she clenched in anticipation as the current coursed through her. She ran forwards, holding sight of her target’s white plumage to avoid losing him in the night sky; the Honchkrow was aptly named, since his black feathers did seem to blend in with the darkness around him. Scyez leaped and brought her fist smashing into the birds left ribs. There was a squawk as the Riolu dropped to the ground and rolled back a few metres, out of immediate reach. Nacht had been hurt a little and now Scyez had to continue to lay down damage.

But before she had the chance, Nacht had recovered and was sending more blades of air and energy straight in her direction. There was no time to dodge, and the Riolu was knocked back across the stone floor, banging her head badly. The barrage of strikes had opened up a gash on her chest, which was now bleeding. Fortunately, she didn’t seem to be losing too much blood, but this was a clear warning to get this done quickly.

So, with vengeance on her mind, Scyez channelled more electricity into her fist. The lightning crackled and sparked and she reached into the air once again, aiming just above the white feathers she could see. Just as she had hoped, she struck her opponent in the middle of his face, sending him flying away and shrieking in shock. Lights danced behind Nacht’s eyes as he fell backwards, but he was able to recover quickly. On the other hand, Scyez seemed a little shaky. Her attacks had taken more out of her than she had thought they would. On top of that, the wounds that she had taken were still sore and wasn’t sure if she could beat down this bird after all.
