Your Exercise/Workout Routine
I usually work out about twice a week lifting 35 pound weights for a half hour. Tried to make it three times a week but scheduling it with work and school makes it tough. That and... laziness.
What do you usually do for exercise?

i jog about 1.5 miles a day, but i often end up not jogging at at all for some time

I'm limited to 2x 10 pound weights, so I do about 20-30 reps of a bunch of different things. And I normally board to get anywhere, which gets pretty intense sometimes.

I try to do some miscellaneous weightlifting with 30~50 pounds at least three times a week, if not every day. I've been slacking on cardio lately though. It's just so hot outside. -_-;;

I walk back and forth in circles from the register to the drink machine to the fry station for 8 hours straight every day.
It's tiring, but probably doesn't count for much.

Five minutes in the bike for warm-up.
Stretching exercises.
70 reps at each arm with 20lbs. dumbbells.
10 pushups.
10 Sits.
Twenty minutes in the bike.
And the shakeweight.

Oh, pfft. Seriously, your arms get used to it if you do it right. I do vertical movements for the forearms and horizontal for arms. :v

I'm now up to walking the dog for 3-4 miles in a morning before lazing around. 3 hours of American Football training on a Wednesday nights that includes a lovely 15 minutes of nonstop shuttle runs, and either another 3 hours training or a game on Sundays.
No gym for me, I'm just that cool.
