Best Antagonist?

There have been many villains in Pokemon history like N, Ghetsis, Giovanni and others. Which one do you consider the best and why? It can be from games or anime.

Giovanni. He's the classic bad guy who always wears sophisticated suits. He just seems so evil. Plus he was the first bad guy.

Giovanni. Archer (If you consider him the main villain of HGSS) is just a plain loser. Archie and Maxie had the potential to become pretty awesome villains, but they kinda dumbed them down a bit in my eyes... Cyrus... bleh... I didn't like Cyrus, or Team Galactic in general. N and Ghetsis were pretty cool, but ultimately it's Giovanni that wins. He's the best villain out there, simply because he just has the intimidation factor the other guys (aside from maybe Ghetsis) lack. Plus he looks cool :P

I personally like all of the Team Magma admins, but I think N would have to be my favorite.
I'm a sucker for aesthetically pleasing designs.

giovanni, he is like the godfather in pokemon, just look at him, he is wearing a fedora and a suit, would you mess with a guy in a suit wearing a fedora? of course no.

cyrus is pretty cool too, he is kinda lame at first but he gets more and more serious as you make progress. then you overthrow his organization, he refuses to surrender, now that is how a villan should be, rather than surrendering, he chooses to live in hell surrounded by nobody else than satan and eat nothing but weird plants that are probably venomous and drink dirty water for the rest of his days

Ghetsis. I hate the A** off his a**, but he's brilliant. He knows how the world works, he knows how psychology works, and he is not afraid to force his hand. He had a Hydregion that was very capable of defeating Reshiram and Zekrom in battle, to start. He managed to keep his organization well hidden until DAYS before his master plan would come to fruition (if not stopped), he perfectly manipulated N into truly believing what Ghetsis wanted, and...Of course, he came back for a sequal. That's the best part.

Also, he has a red eyepatch.

I think Hunter J is a pretty good villain. She's definitely strong and efficient and generally manages to accomplish her missions.

Giovanni also. He's not after a 'better' world: more land/sea or something for the 'good' of Pokemon/humanity. He just wants world domination and that's it. There's no real 'good' side to him, so I would say he is probably the best villain.

Personally, I like ??? your red-haired rival of gen 2. He started off being uncaring, and he eventually turned a bit softer, learning from his mistakes. He showed good character growth, as well as being probably your most formidable rival, except maybe gen 3 Gary
