Default What HASN'T been "Pokemon-Ized?"

Here is where we discuss what things have NOT been made into Pokemon.

Personally, we need more extinct and/or mythical creatures.

I feel as if we need more Fossil/Prehistoric pokemon. Either expand on them or shows us that they are not all subrock types.

We have never gotten a Dolphin pokemon. That one has been asked for many years.

I'm making a fakemon that will look like a Tazmanian Tiger. That would be cool to actually see I think. The only time based Pokemon we have are legendaries and we haven't seen any pokemon that look like some african animals, like gazelles.

A Grass/Flying Pokemon that's actually a bird, like a toucan or whatnot. Also, more jungle cats that aren't Legendary Beasts.

Hummingbird. I think it would be a cute little flying type. Maybe even mix it with other types.

I can't recall a Pokemon ever being modeled after a saber-toothed cat that wasn't a legendary. I think that would be a cool design. As well as some other prehistoric animals. I would also personally love to see a cerberus, lycan, or chimera Pokemon.

I've actually made a list. ... I'm creepy and like animals way too much.
  • Manatee (Water)
  • Koala (Grass)
  • Kangaroo (Not like Kangaskhan, but one that actually is known for jumping) (Ground, Normal)
  • Flamingo (Water, maybe Water/Fire (Flameingo??)
  • Platypus (Water/Poison)
  • Any kind of monitor lizard or the Komodo Dragon (Poison, maybe Poison/Dark)
  • Llama (Normal)
  • Orangutan (A grass type, not Darmanitan) (Grass)
  • Porcupine (Ground/Poison)
  • Orca/ Killer Whale (Water/Dark)
  • Gibbon (Grass)
  • Lionfish (Water/Poison)

I have more, but this is a good start.

Those are some pretty cool ideas; I like the koala one especially. Who wouldn't want a pugilistic koala as a Pokemon?

I've always wanted to see a centaur Pokemon for some reason. Maybe Fighting/Steel - one that has an armored torso and a jousting lance for a weapon.

If I designed a kangaroo pokemon, I would give it boxing gloves, and make it a fighting type.

On an unrelated note, there should be a Dark/Electric dual type. They really messed up by not capitalizing on both Luxray and Zebstrika, because both could have plausibly been that dual type

I really actually thought that Luxray was a dark-type the first time I saw it.

Machampion, do not double post. There is an "Edit" button for a reason. Just edit in your previous response.

Also, an actual Tornado >.> Tornadus, eh. I want an actual TORNADO. Dark/Electric, probably. Would be a beast. (Hey, we have possessed appliances and garbage >.>)

Don't worry. I merged them so no big deal but yeah for future reference, using the edit button is a simpler way to put changes in and it avoids double posting.

I think the Basilisk Lizard would make an awesome starter Pokemon :D Look at it go!

Other than that, I'd love to see a dino-raptor Pokemon, or a stegasaurus Pokemon ^^

They should have more fossil pokemon. Stegosaurus and Triceratops are some examples.
