I think I might be able to answer some...

What happens to Pokemon in the PC?
I believe this answer can be pointed to the anime. Pokemon that are sent to the PC are sent to the professor's lab. "Release" would be telling the professor to let that Pokemon go.

What do people eat in the Pokemon universe?
What we normally eat. Meat, vegetables, candy, etc. The things they eat aren't Pokemon, but real animals. Like cows, not Miltanks. That's what I believe, anyways.

This is from episode 49 of Pokemon, as said by Ash's Pokedex:

"Farfetch'd, a Wild Duck Pokémon. Farfetch'd makes a delicious meal, especially when cooked with leek. Because of this, Farfetch'd is nearly extinct. "

Yeah...I could've looked at egoraptor's video, too.

I didn't look at any video, I searched Farfetch'd on Bulbapedia.
There's also an episode where Meowth tries to eat James' Magikarp.

Why is Grass effective against Water?
Its probably because plants use water to grow, so they get stronger.

Isn't Dugtrio just three Diglett?
Diglett and Dugtrio are half buried, so you can't see what they are attached to: maybe there is a body?

What happens to Pokemon in the PC?
I think they would just be in some kinda red energy form like in Pokeballs, which must be some kind of data. I reckon like in Pokeballs, they can be stored like that without aging and it may even seem like no time has passed.

Why can’t you catch starters in the wild?
It's possible starter Pokemon can no longer survive in the wild due to becoming adapted to captivity. It happens to animals raised by humans all the time, especially in zoos. We know starters are generally rare Pokemon, so maybe the last wild ones were caught by trainers and they are now entrusted to Pokemon labs where they are bred and given to new trainers to keep the species alive!

How can a person Fly using a tiny Pidgey?

"It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut." XD Couldn't resist.
Yeah, this one always gets me too. Just like using a Shellder to Surf. It can't have much buoyancy and I don't think you'll get far very fast. ^^'

Is your mom insane or just that cool?

She's just that cool. No, really you have to remember where these games are coming from. Kids are raised differently, especially in rural areas. They are taught to have a lot more respect for the things around them and are trusted to travel on their own. If my mom handed me a backpack and told me to walk to the next town to pick up a package for the neighbor when I was ten years old, I probably would have looked at her like she was crazy. XD

Monty Python~ Well, it could grip it by the husk. xD The Pokemon itself could be very powerful, thus making it able to carry you. Plus, in weight lifting, it is about how you hold it/where you grip it. I just proved that knight wrong.

Ohh, getting technical now? XD Unfortunately, in weight lifting you have the advantage of your feet or back being firmly planted on solid ground, allowing you to push against gravity. It's a good deal more difficult to lift in open air where you do not have any leverage. If it was able to lift simply on power in flight, the breast meat on that holiday bird would take up half the table. XD
