hmmm, this is a hard one, Neptune really deserves some credit for making his/her sprite from scratch (+E for effort), HTownDownSound and Metal Gear Snivys enteries also look really good, but imma vote for Neptune.

Mine isnt really a recolor, more so a disguise.. but w/e. (If it were a recolor, it would still have the red things instead of music notes)

Neptune's is cool, but Im sick of scratching wins like instantly (looking back at keldeo one). Fox's is very creative so it gets my vote.

Edit: Almost forgot to vote! Lol, Fox and Neptune are destroying this competetion. I should make 100 accounts and vote for myself ;D.

Mm, a recolour is a disguise. cx A disguise doesn't have any of its outlines (or lines inside) changed, so technically it would be a fusion. That's the point, you see--disguises are advanced recolours. You do not alter the body aside from the colouring, because it's still that pokemon, but it's disguised as another. Basically the disguise is a colour change. Like they painted themselves as the pokemon they're trying to be. XD
