Perhaps you can base the rank of the poster on how much the post is worth for members
Make higher level mems posts worth more, or perhaps less
and to balance it out you could modify the number that mods take based on there particular ranking
Just a random thought I had

I find the lack of a Vending Machine game very disappointing. I always consider thread games like that to promote creativity.
