Another Skin problem
I keep trying to use the I-Bulliten skin I click on it and it changes but when I click on a board of the forum my skin changes back to default.

Lucky. It keeps doing that on whatever skin I pick it puts it back to vBulliten Style.

If for IE, follow the instructions I gave you in the other thread:

It's for Fire Fox.
.:EDIT:.:I deleted my Cookies in firefox and it solved the problem.

Yea, it's usually some kind of problem with the cookies. But just so you know, the default setting in Firefox for cookies is to check "Allow sites to set Cookies", set that on. And the default unchecked are "for the originating site only" and "unless I have removed cookies set by the site", those should be unchecked. Keep Cookies setting should be at "until they expire."
