Cartoon Network is nothing more than a TV channel. Most people emailing them are doing so to express their dislike at the new cast, in the hopes of Cartoon Network persuading Pokemon USA to switch voice actors.

This will not work!

Assuming the reason KidsWB! cancelled Pokemon from their lineup was because of a change in cast/script writers, Pokemon USA will not comprimise with Cartoon Network. If they were willing to comprimise (i.e. change the cast to the previous cast in order for a channel to show the series) they would have done so when KidsWB! decided not to show the new-casted show.

At most, such letters will most likely change CWs decision about taking on Pokemon, forcing PUSA to find a new channel.

Cartoon Network is a channel that consists of several animes dubbed and some unusual cartoons. Pokemon was once on CN 3 years ago. It stopped at a certain point and never returned. I'm not saying it's impossible to get it back on CN, I'm just saying it will be hard and will take more than just a kind e-mail.

Especially since people have been emailing them saying that they shouldn't accept Pokemon with the new voice actors... which was actually the point of releasing those emails in the first place...
