But in all seriousness, i say you can have a relationship at 8 years old. Ya'll better not be touching under the clothes(), but you can have lil girlfriends and hang out, talk on the phone, even go on dates, etc. It happens and it's just as legitimate to them as your fruity little teeanger relationships are to you.

I say, NONE OF YOU have had a real relationship until you've lived with your significant other as adults, literally shared everything and literally wanted to kill eachother at some point.

yeah, that's not a completely irrational blanket statement.
my boyfriend and i have been dating since my first year of college. i'm now in my third year of college, and he's in his last. we've been in this relationship for over two years, and have met each others' families. we each have our own place, but we don't live with each other because we go to different universities. last time i checked, we're in a real relationship without having had to sign a lease together.
