Once, I found a small picture of Shinou, and it appeared to be a peninsula. So maybe it could be connected to Kanto and Johto...

Sorry if I stretch the page.
 Hopefully it gives you an idea, and if you already knew about it, sorry. lol Anyway, it looks good, except the cities are way too big. For example, Azalea is way too big, in reality its a town and its one of the biggest in your Johto map. Also, the way you divided them with border lines makes them seem more like states. But hey, you did it, not me. Overall I like it! Nice work.
