This is hard since these new starters were a bit of a dissapointment. But I'll have to go with monkey, Chimchar.

Probably Piplup, even though chances are good I'll take him off of the team early to be replaced with Pokemon I'd rather have on the team.

Probably Turtwig but because of the name maybe Pilup and because of that name Chimcar and because of that name I hate all

I always pick the Grass starter whenever I play a Pokemon game, but I might break that tradition for this, since Turtwig doesn't appeal to me as much as Piplup does. I have always wanted a Water / Steel on my team, also.
Plus, penguins are adorable.

I'm likely to end up with Turtwig, because it's the most stupid-looking. However, it was a very heated contest this generation.
