Complete List of US English Names for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl!
-03/14/07-

A user on the GameFAQs message board posted the complete list of US English names for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, you can view the post here: US Names Of Fourth Gen of Pokemon. The list was further confirmed by sites who were slowly leaking the names.

You can now view all the US English names along with their sprites in our Sprite Resource page: Sprite Resource

Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl will be released on April 22, 2007.

I thought I would never remember all the Hoenn names, yet I somehow managed it. This can be done, but it might take a little while.

Yep. (I still can't remember all of the Hoenn yet...) But there's four generations of pokemon names to remember. That's a lot...

LOl, I already seen it on Serebii, but thinks anyway, your a better comback by the way. Ryan, do you have any information about the third Shinnoh game yet? I just want to know, not being mean or anything.

o.0 They probably are still working on it, so I don't think anyone has any knowledge on the third one for Sinnoh... or even if there may be one...

And I like the English names, but the Japanese are better to me, so if anyone ends up battling me, their just gonna see a bunch of Katakana (since I think they should integrate the use of Japanese characters from the DS into Pearl and Diamond.)... if not, they'll be in their English names... xD

Yeah, they may have form of Darkai, I'm not sure or not.

It really won't matter since you WILL get used to the names sooner or later.

I want to cuss so bad, but I can't. And yeah, those names are hard, it is like they put something in their mouth to name each of the Pokemon.

Well, not all of the names are bad, some appeal to others and some don't, ryhperior is the english name that i'm most surprised of.

Some of these names are either predictable or really bad (I'm looking at you, Lickilicky!) xD

I do like some though.

Chingling is cute. :D

Magmortar is cool.

Leafeon and Glaceon were predictable.

Gallade is kinda strange.

That's all I have to say for now. xD
