Welcome!

Well, I finally decided to put up an art board of my own, sadly, I don't have anything crazy good to show off yet. Especially due to the fact my scanner's down so I had to use my camera....

Anyhow, I love drawing by hand, so none of the art on this thread is computerized and sorry for you color fanatics, but most of it is black and white. Please comment on my work and how I can improve it, I'd love to hear about what I can do to perfect my work!

My lovely Shiro, I love this pic, but the second one is definately better.

Lol, probably one of my most epic characters--she's constantly tripping and running into things! Anyway, this one is the newest out of all the updates, drawn yesterday.

I love this box and had a ton of fun making it, even if it didn't turn out perfectly.

These are really cool. I especially like 'Laura Blackwood', the coloring on it was great too.

As for improvement advice, all I can say is to watch your proportions, most notably the hands; they seem to be way too small for the body in most cases.

Otherwise, these are all quite nice. :]

Thank you, I happen to be horrible at hands but I'm trying to improve that.

Please note that until my scanner gets fixed, I can't update the thread because my SD card wants to be a pain now.

I'm sorry, but I agree. You are currently horrible at hands.

Not that I can do organic hands, though. Only robot hands. There are all good ^^ Very interesting, I'll say. Keep drawing; you'll get better with practace.

Lol, thanks, I love her to death. She was even cuter back when she had fox ears and a tail, but those days are over. She happens to be human now.

Nice new editions. Your proportions on these improved very much. :)

The expressions are all excellent.

Advice: maybe if you get some pictures of hands at different angles and literally trace them for practice, it might help you. Improvement by familiarity and such.

EDIT: Hm. Well the proportions are still nice in these. XD

Tried any tutorials?

And I have tried doing pics, they don't really work for me.

Ooh! I really like the new ones. It's okay about your hand problems, I have the same thing. I can never get them both to look the same, so I usually have the drawing faced to where you only see one hand.
