None generally. Only if you plan on trading them away for other stuff later, make sure you clearly indicate THEIR HACKED. Otherwise, you're going to really tick people off.

Bad eggs only appear if the code is bugged or your perform it incorrectly. For example I have sometimes messed up a few buttons cloning and ended up with a ton of boxes of bad eggs lol

Just makes sure you don't save with bad eggs and you are set.
