I'm sure this has been asked many, many times before, but if I posted half an unfinished story in SUMMER, can I edit and submit it for the WWC? I'm sorry to ask such a n00b question :3

Also, can we recommend people's story entries to the Library regardless of whether they win or not?

I'm not sure about the first question, but I do know you can reccommend anything to the library as long as it is complete. (To my knowledge). :D

That would be a no, I believe. Has to be posted within the entry dates. Then again I'm not a story mod so...

Yeah, that's fine. It's not much different from just waiting several months to post a story so it can be in the competition, like some folks might be doing.

I'm gonna be entering in my first ever URPG story, once it gets graded and if it gets a capture, that is. I'm not that good of a writer, but Emma doesn't have any Entries up there, and it's the 17th, so.....
