My Pokemon Won't Obey Me

I got Pokemon Emerald and started to play in vba Link 1.80b
game started well and then i get mudkip. i opened another vba and took treecko and again started another vba and took torchic and traded both treecko and torchic into my 1st mudkip's game. Now i have a problem, my traded pokemon won't obeying me they are loafing around and sometimes they attack as they want. their level are as follow:
(Treecko evolved)Grovile : lv.17
(Torchic evolved)Combuskane : lv.16
(Mudkip evolved)Marshtomp: lv.16.

Please Help..............

This post is correct. I originally thought all pokemon below level 30 would always obey, but it turns out it's not the case for pokemon traded. You will need to get the badges for them to listen.

BTW, what is the "Obidience" lvl-cap until your Poké's start to give me the finger with 0 badges

They'll obey up to level 10 if you have no badges.

Okay. Weird. I grind my Pokémon to lvl 20 before the first gym battle. I think the only time I ever had obidience problems where in Red Version. A Charizard I think.

It's with traded pokemon only, sometimes you'll get a lucky streak and not have it happen very often, but if you are an avid trader 9 out of 10 times they wont listen if you don't have the correct badges.

Why would you grind them that high in Pokemon R/S/E? The gyms are actually pretty easy in this version.

I got a challenge that I couldn't do all of the gyms without losing a single HP. I won... Almost. The last gym leader got of an attack that gave me some minor damage. Still.

I still won the bet though
