According to Zap2It, the most recent Pokemon movie, Arceus and the Jewel of Life, has been given an air date. It will air as a part of the You Are Here block on Cartoon Network, Friday, November 20th at 5:30 p.m. Eastern.

I watched it here in Australia. It's the first time I've watched the anime since I was a kid, and I thought it was pretty good. So much sexual tension between Dawn and Ash. The dubbed voice of Arceus could have been deeper and more godlike though.

Arceus' voice was fine when he wasn't being angry. In fact he was sufficiently kind-sounding. I mean, he doesn't sound like a bad guy and stuff.

When it comes down to the "I WANT TO KILL PEOPLE" part though, they should have used someone with more hotblood. :o

Well, it airs tomorrow for me. I've seen the trailer, and well...Arceus sounds a bit like a...Erm, doofus. 0o' His voice is annoying, and reminds me of the classic "computer nerd" (no offense-I'm one myself!). Still, I can't wait to see it. Sounds deep...And dangerous. Dark, even! A dark pokemon movie-just what I've been needing! XD

I keep missing it. I might catch it on tonight. I was glad that it premiered in Aus before the US. I don't know why. But at least we got something first. :P

Well, I've watched it, and it's one of the better Pokemovies, but not worth watching unless you're truly, truly into the anime and particularly the Sinnoh Legendary movie trio. The plot is predictable and expected of its Pokemon canon, and Arceus' voice sounds more like a comical cartoon villain than a mythical beast that created all of existence. I'd certainly hope my creator doesn't sound like that. Maybe if you're really, really, really bored. It's not as bad as some movies I've seen.

Austrailia gets movies first while we get HeartGold and SoulSilver first.
