"The Expendables" was a good movie in my opinion, kinda short but it had a lot of action..

Perhaps I shall when I get some free time on me. Which reminds me:

PEOPLE! WRITE REVIEWS! I enjoy your opinions on movies, I take these into consideration when I go to see a film. I'll probably write a review on Extreme Movie which I watched for the first time tonight.

Why did I watch it? Gamedude's review. I thought "How random can it possibly be?" I found out pretty quickly. Another movie I watched for the first time tonight, "Lady in the Water." I understood everything that was happening perfectly, because I pay attention to my folklore/fantasy stuff. But, aside from that, another movie I saw tonight, was one I've seen many times: "My Super Ex-Girlfriend." I hate Uma Thurman with an intense passion, but this movie gave me lulz.

That is all for now, I'm going to bed. xD

I want to see that! Even though I like Twilight, yes, that looks SO funny.

I love it when movies pick the crap out of other movies. xD

Review tiem.

Movie Title: Dude, Wheres my Car?
Year Released: 2000
Director: Danny Leiner
Cast: Ashton Kutcher - Jesse Montgomery III , Seann William Scott - Chester Greenburg, Jennifer Garner - Wanda, Marla Sokoloff - Wilma

Story:
After waking up with a hangover and no idea how they got to Jesse's place, they find Jesse's car gone, and along with it, their girlfriends anniversary presents. They set off to find the present, and indirectly save the universe.

Acting:
I found the acting was pretty well done, I liked Ashton Kutcher's role as a stoner, he can do that role pretty well Truthfully, everyone played their role very well, even the dog in the zen garden scene.

CGI Animation:
There wasn't any animation that I know of, but there was a decently done photoshopping job when the five aliens merged into one large one and it stomped around chasing Jesse and Chester.

Plot:
Two potheads (Kutcher as Jesse, and Scott and Greenburg) awake in Jesse's house with huge hangovers and no idea how they got there. They leave the house and Jesse's car is gone, along with the anniversary presents for their girlfriends. They begin to retrace their steps to figure out what happened. Along the way they run into many other characters and encounter some funny situations. Then, Chester activates the continuum transfunctioner, which will destroy the universe when the timer runs out. They encounter two groups of aliens who want the cube, but eventually decide to give it to the two men who deactivate the cube and tell them what they did last night. Then, the other group of aliens turns into a giant angry female alien. They destroy the alien and then the two men reverse time too the beginning of the movie. Jesse finds his car behind a parked mailtruck, and it was there the entire time. Then, they go to their girlfriends, and find that the two men left them special presents for their girlfriends.

Overall:
I'd present this movie no 8/10. Good overall, had a lot of funny parts that still make me laugh despite watching it countless times, but it did have it's few flaws. Definably a movie you should all watch.

Watched a bunch of movies last week. Quick review for some of them.

Coraline- Fun art style, cute story.

Planet 51- meh. Did not find the alternate planet and characters believable.

Monsters vs. Aliens- Comedy gold. Loved it.

9- Worth a watch. The story is interesting and darker than most animated movies you'd see.

Inglourious Basterds- as a fan of Tarintino, the dialogue in his movies are always great. Wonderful piece of cinema.

Zombieland- lacked the usual zombie slasher motive to an actual story. funny too.

I saw this, it apparently scared scared my brother, but I saw nothing intimidating about it at all. xD

I haven't seen this, but apparently "The Rock" is the voice over for the main character?

I've seen this. It was cute, the little blob monster makes me laugh. xD

I honestly didn't expect this movie to be as dark as it was, so I was pleasantly surprised by it. I agree, it's a good movie.

I don't know why, but I haven't seen this.

Zombieland is a pretty awesome movie. My friend looks like Columbus, so now everyone calls him Columbus. xD

@Retro: Added :3

I watched Poseidon today. I don't really know what to make of it. It was like a more action-y Titanic, with a happy ending rather than a tear jerking Leonardo DiCaprio death. Eh, I plan on watching more movies here soon. I've had a lot of free time, lately. But I get to move soon, so I'll be somewhat busy. xD

Thumbs down The Last Exorcism

Movie Title: The Last Exorcism
Year Released: 2010
Director: Daniel Stamm
Cast:
Patrick Fabian as Reverend Cotton Marcus
Louis Herthum as Louis Sweetzer
Ashley Bell as Nell Sweetzer

Story/Plot: The Last Exorcism is about Reverend making a documentary to prove that people who think are possessed aren't. That was until he went to the Sweetzer house to help Nell with what her father believed is being taken over by a demon. The story telling though was done like Paranormal Activty/Blair Witch-style. The way the plot was told though was done horrible, many times my friends were asking me what was going on becasue they got lost really fast. Not only did that suck, but the ending made me scratch my head asking my self "WTF?" with no back story on what was going on.

Acting: Most of the acting was good, Nell and a few other main characters could acted a little more scared. In fact; they all didn't seem to be scared on what was going on.

CGI Animation: Their was a tiny bit of CGI with Nell being "taken over" and some at the end. It was done very well - it all looked "real".

Overall: I'm a huge horror fan and this made me scratch my head a lot. I understood what was happening but for some reason the film director felt the need to not explain what was going on at all. I would say for you NOT to see this movie. There were the odd spook and some funny bits in there but other then that, the ending basically ruined the movie. I give this movie 5/10!
