The "final key"/saving both modes
I have a question about purifying shadow Pokemon. I have at least a couple that have had all of the purple off of their dark meters for at least a few battles, but they haven't been classified as purified yet. I go to the summary of one of those Pokemon and it says that "the door of the heart is ready to open, unlock the final key". So what's the final key?
Also, are you able to save your progress on Story Mode and save progress on Mt. Battle, etc. without overwriting one or the other? Or do you have to do them one at a time?

Re: The "final key"/saving both modes
1. You must take the Pokemon to the Agate relic! Please read the ReadFirst FAQ topic before posting.
2. Nope. You can only save every ten battles and you always overwrite.
PS: You really dont want to even start Mt. Battle until after you purify all the Shadow Pokemon.

Re: The "final key"/saving both modes
I don't need to purify every Pokemon in the game do I? By my own personal preference I don't catch Ghosts and one Shadow type was a Misdreavus.

Re: The "final key"/saving both modes
You dont have to purify all of them, just the ones on your team. =P

Re: The "final key"/saving both modes
Darn, I can only get Ho-oh if I purify every Pokmeon in the game (including Misdreavus) and then beat every Mt. Battle trainer? So if I don't snag Misdreavus then I can't get Ho-oh?

No, just the ones on your team. Those are the only ones you need purified. =P

Absolutely correct.
Ierder: Read the FAq, then read "How to Get Ho-Oh" on serebii then come back and say that.

Re: The "final key"/saving both modes
Takes a lot of time and patience. REal key of purifying the Pokemon as I found out is send out your highest level Pokemon with good numbers and send out the Shadow and have it Shadow Rush many times as possible to lower the gage. I'm going to try the Colognes soon as I get more money, maybe that'll lower the Shadow Pokemon faster.
Haven't seen anything on 'acquiring Ho Oh', maybe Nintendo finally stumped the 'other methods of obtaining Pokemon.'

AMM (Sorry, quoting is making this computer screwy): In Nintendo Power's Guide, it tels you in the Pokedex.
Jeikobou: What do you have against Misdreavous? Why dont you just catch it, Time Flute it and Release it.
