I think it does, but they don't go higher than 75 so I've heard

That means I'll be 25 levels under them. xD I was level 40 when I managed to beat them, and thats only 10 levels...Hmmm.

If you check Serebii, you can get a list of the trainers you can fight each day, depending on the time of day. They're pretty good too because their teams will go from mid 50s to 60s.
My team of six were all at level sixty before I creamed Blue :P

I fought them after I beat Red, so I'm assuming that's when it happens.

Also, the lowest level is about 56 or so, and the highest is Dragonite at 75 (Garchomp and Salamence are 72, I think). If you have generally good Pokemon, I'd say you can beat them in the mid-50s or so (my team was 56-57). My general strategy was to use Dragon Dance as much as possible with Gyarados and push my way through. Karen is extremely hard to beat, though.

I finally beat the Clair and Lance Double Battle with Silver. xD

The pokes Silver brings really sucks, you guys need to bring your best.

I just reached Azalea Town. Everyone keeps saying that they're under-leveled a lot by the later stages of the game so I'm taking it slow. xD

Ugh. Azalea was gross. My level 19 Poliwag and my level 19 Bayleef couldn't win it. It was only until I trained up the Onix you got from a trade, Rocky, to level 15 that I won it. Rock Throw really helped.

I'm currently on the way out of Ilex forest.

The Pokewalker is cool, too. 8D

i know all the ivs bar special attck were above 26, i am just tryijng to rember off the top of my head.
