It was okay, and far better than a lot of the newer ones, in my opinion. It was touching, had the perfect amount of humor and drama, and the voice acting was phenomenal. Sorry, I am a Gen 1-2 fan xD

Pokemon first movie was just awesome. I like everything about the movie, whether it was about the action, plot and characters. The scenes of pokemon clone fights was so enjoyable to me. I like it's start and also end. just love this movie.

My father took my brother and I, when he was 6 and I was 4. We got the whole shabang! The Mew and Dragonite trading cards, figurines, and he even bought us a poster (which I still have :3)! I still watch it all the time on my VCR, usually when I'm sick at home. Honestly, I cry EVERY time I watch it. And it's always the same part, too! When they're all fighting, and you don't know what's going to happen! Gets me everytime. :'(

The new movies, in comparison, SUCK.

Well even though it's necroposting, there's not really any point to making a new thread; it's not like it was from years and years ago, and there'll be no point in locking it ;o

I loved the first movie, the plot was quite good and I much prefer it to all these newer ones. I prefer the generally prefer the older ones to the newer ones, such as 4Ever and the third one (which is still my favourite :3)
