No lieng that you have won a battle when you havent
pokesav is allowed but you have to have fully legit stats

I like the idea of this tournament but yet it's what you say " a turn off ". You should really try to format your tournament in ways where it'll attract the members of the pe2k. Maybe get some nice banners out and center everything ( with some font, design and more specific details ).

Best of luck with your tournament, I'll think about joining this tournament if this thread becomes more set and stone.
