Looking for a Glaceon

I hope I'm doing this right... First time poster here.

Anywho, i'm just looking for a glaceon.
I have soulsilver so sadly, i cant get a glaceon in this version. i traded a friend for a leafeon and the only one im missing from my eevee team is that damn glaceon. any level would be fine but i'd prefer lower than level 30 if possible and female would be ideal. im trying to breed a shiny eevee so i could definitely just trade you another eevee in exchange with a rare candy if requested. I could also just trade the eevee for another crap pokemon if someone needs one to evolve it. Anything to make it easier for someone doing me a favor, i will try my best to do.

alright, i can do that. but ive never used the wi-fi- trading so i think i need a walk through on how to register a friend to trade... i'll just have 6 eevees in my party if thats alright.

OK, here's what you do:

1.Go to the stairs on the right on any of the pokemon centers.

2. Once downstaris , talk to the lady on the far right.

3. She'll give you a Pal Pad, open it from your Key Items pocket.

4. There's 3 options, Friend Rooster, Register a Friend and Yourname's Friend Code

5. Tell me your Friend Code (FC)

6. Register mine (SoulSilver one in my sig)

7. Enter Wi-Fi by talking to the lady in the middle.

BTW, do you have an exta poliwhirl ?

OK, I'll be on in a moment, I have to train a Poliwag, luckily, I have one at LV. 22, evolves at 25. wait just a minute pls.

but i registered you and am waiting in the room whenever your ready and the polywag is lvl 35 i think... you can have it if you want it.
