The Kyogre Sugimori artwork is not a "sprite," my friend...only if its used in a video game as a definite object (and at that, it would most likely have several frames of whatever animations its intended to have, and would, in most cases, be pixel art. Unless for a flash game.) it would be. But it's not; and it's not pixel art, either. That is, unless you pixelled over it fully.
And neither is the Voltorb anime artwork.
