@liek2sprite: Well...kinda. Mrs. Bailey was just so busy talking with the AP art students (two classes--Jewely (my class) and AP Art--are in the same room during the same hour. XD), that she really wasn't paying attention. Oh well, we really weren't doing anything in particular, anyways.

Well, there's a problem that can always help you with bright colors. You know how that, if you use a highly saturated color and make darker tones for it, they also turn out to be bright and intense (also, you generally can't get good contrast without getting too much). There's a technique to fix that, which can be called "hue shifting". (Hue shifting is a general term, though--the saturation can also be shifted.) You can find a mini-guide for that in a tutorial here. In fact, that whole topic can be very useful for pixel art in general.

I wasn't able to finish your MASSIVE request...

I did manage to finish the heads, though I cheated a bit and used parts from other pokemon.

What: Maromi. Maromi is from the Anime "Paranoia Agent" (which I personally reccommend, by the way), and you can find plenty of references for...her. It's the creepy, cute dog-like doll that basically serves as a mascot of the show itself. It's also in my avatar.

That was the problem...

It was really hard trying to put all of them on the same body.

Moromi is pretty much the "Hello Kitty"-esque of the series, but is still a significant character. She has no visible mouth, and is usually portrayed as a lifeless looking doll in the anime--that is, until the series gets to the episode where they develop a children's show for Maromi, called "Mellow Maromi." It's a cutesy puppy character, kinda. Like I said: Hello Kitty-esque.
