Latio, again with the problems. This time it's something that conflicts with Lusankya's post, which stated THOR could take out a building, not an entire city. Sure, you destroy some supplies by targeting a single warehouse, but not all of them in a single launch.

All you need to do to fix this one though is to say that you made multiple strikes, which would be fine. It wouldn't leave the town open to attack either, since I'm pretty sure there is a navy protecting those cities.

Speaking of which, one of the aspects of THOR has been bugging me a bit. Since it's in space and it fires mortars from orbit, how many shots does it have until someone has to go back up in a rocket and refill it? It would probably be a large number since you can't be wasting a bunch of money launching rockets every week.

He never said Lilycove and Slateport would be entirely wiped out and leveled. I imagine he's targeting the harbors where the supplies would be unloaded to be distributed, not trying to level both cities entirely.

As for THOR reloading, don't know, but I imagine the munitions supply would be adequate enough to make at least five strikes before having to be reloaded. And truthfully, that's something any ordinary NPC or machine could be deployed to do.
