Re: Question and Answer Thread
Instead of Covering an ally, can a Pokemon cover itself? Or is there a different term for it?
Also, when is the Halloween Yard Sale opening? It's been over a day already. :/

Theoretically yes, although pretty much anyone is free to contradict me on this.
As for the Yard Sale, we dun goofed (Velocity dun goofed). It's open now, enjoy.

Considering I wrote those entire rule sets and I don't think the fairy changed that bit...
Yes they can.

Okays, thanks.
And another one. The energy consumption for a combination would be the total energy used for both moves, am I right or left?

Considering Thanks givign is two sperate dates for a certain pair of countries, I doubt it.
I'd do something in the Dream Hotel again and throw it at the Dragons if people thought the Halloween Event I was holding was alright.

It depends on the ref and how they want to handle it.

Thanksgiving is pretty much solely an American and Canadian holiday, celebrated on different days for each, and therefore no. We don't have anything planned for Christmas as it stands, but we'll most likely be holding an event for it.

Re: Question and Answer Thread
The HP-effect of Curse goes away when you leave battle, yes?

Re: Question and Answer Thread
Yes.
If the victim of a Ghost-type Curse uses Baton Pass, the health-sapping effect is transferred to its replacement. If a Pokémon that has been afflicted by curse is switched out of battle, the effect is lifted.

Safari Zone? I would say no, because you don't get healed between battles. But you could argue yes, since that's how it works in game. Your call.

Re: Question and Answer Thread
I really think I asked this question before but Ill ask again. How come we don't do tournaments even though we have a tournaments page?

Re: Question and Answer Thread
Just to make sure before I jump to conclusions, a Pokemon cannot be in more than one battle at once, right?
