Default M:tG Players, this is VERY IMPORTANT: UNGLUED 2!

That's right folks. After 6 years, Wizards has made a 140 card set, with 135 silver-bordered (not tourney legal) cards and 5 really distinguished black-bordered land cards (tourney legal and is literally a fav. basic land type for everyone...it looks really cool). That's right, they're making Unglued 2.

It's not Unglued 2 as the set name, rather Unhinged. Yes, the cocoa-drinking demon might make it back for round 2. Maybe BFM will see its chance to shine again. And CHICKENS WILL MOST LIKELY INVADE AGAIN...or the guys with deminwalk (unblockable if defending player is wearing demin).

Yes, as and official announcement:

UNHINGED WILL BE OUT IN NOVEMBER 19th 2004! CASUAL PLAYERS ARE HAPPY! I AM HAPPY!

And my plans for unhinged begins.

For more information:
"April Fool's Joke", has info on the set
http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=mtgcom/feature/203
The Other Info, official followup
http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=mtgcom/daily/mr118

And for your info, I actually said the same questions as I was reading bolded in the following passage:

"Is Unhinged actually going to be released?
The answer is YES!!!!!!!!!! Those of you that care may now do your happy dance. (Or your sad dance if you must.) I’ll wait.

You’re really doing Unhinged? This isn’t a joke?
I swear on my three children, we really are doing the follow-up to Unglued. It took six years, but it’s finally happening.

Really?
Yes! A big emphatic yes! The sequel to Unglued is finally going to see the light of day on Friday, November 19th, 2004."

GO UNHINGED!!!!!!

Oh, there are very valid reasons. Like the next block is going to be released in October first.

ahh unglued, so many great unglued tournament stories...guys down to two life, his opponent has the denim walker out(cant remember the name) the guys wearing jeans so we all think hes screwed right, opponent attacks, and says "game", the other guy says "wait a minute, as an instant I remove my pants" takes his pants off blocks the damn thing, and goes on to victory. So many memories. great stuff, but i would have to go with ashnods coupon, or uzras science fair project.

one of my friends had a flat top at that time, so he molded an area into the flat top in which he could hold charm school.

I read about a combo not long ago involving Ashnod's Coupon that made the opponent give you all their money, using the Coupon, Mindslaver, Donate and Auriok Transfixer.
For those who haven't read it:
Play the Coupon, and use the Transfixer to tap it.
Donate it to your opponent. Since it is tapped already, they cannot use it.
Mindslaver your opponent.
Make your opponent use the Coupon on a drink that you have brought with you. Your opponent must play all costs for the drink, and since it is your drink, you can set any price you want for it.
Your opponent must give you the money you ask for, or forfeit the game.

It's pretty cool.
