Safari Coin Dealer

You regret catching a Pokemon you don't want in Safari?
You still have a lot of Safari Points left when you leave?
Welcome to Safari Coin Dealer then!

Here, you can exchange your Safari Points left when you leave your Safari Run, to a Safari Coin.

How to Get Coins:
1. To get the coins, you simply exchange 3 Safari Points for 1 Safari Coin. Once you exchange any number of coins from the Safari Run, that Safari Run is unavailable for exchange anymore no matter how many points you exchange.
2. You can also leave your Pokemon here to get Safari Coins.
The number of coins you get by leaving a Pokemon here equals to half the price of the Pokemon in Adoption Center (always rounds up).
If the Pokemon is an evolved Pokemon, you get coins equals to half the price of the basic mon + half of the evolution price.
For example: if you leave Rhydon here, you get 10 coins (half of 19 in Adoption Center price is 9.5, rounds up to 10) + 5 coins (half of the evolution price in Evolution Dojo).

What do I do with my coins?
1. You can adopt any Pokemon Egg by paying your coins equal to the Price of the Pokemon in Adoption Center.
Remember, they are all in egg! To hatch the egg, you have to pay 5 coins or $5 and wait 12 hours to claim it.
2. You can exchange 15 coins for a free Safari Pass.

So what are you waiting for?
Exchange your points now.
Note: Safari Run ended before August 2011 can't be exchanged.

Why would anybody leave the Safari Zone without using up all their points?

Impatience of waiting for a ranger to move on with their Safari Run?

I'm not going to say not approved for now - there is a higher percentage of Adventures waiting for the user than vice versa. Once the remodeling is done, if this is still a legitimate concern, I'll look into it again.

That being said, you could wait for the other five officials, but I predict they'll rule similarly.

May I ask for justification for your positioning of Common, Uncommon and Rare for each specie?

As in why I chose each species for each spot or why there is common, uncommon or rare?

More like why is Larvitar Uncommon and Onix Rare, why is Larvesta Uncommon and Cyndaquil Rare.

Except I'd like answers for the whole list.

I made the lists on basis of what their DW ability was for that Pokemon and it's evolution line and my grasp of how useful they would be in the ASB. In the case of Larvitar versus Onix, Onix would start out with Weak Armor, which can be both life saving and hindering, however when it evolves into a Steelix, it would gain Sheer Force which could make the Pokemon more devastating.
Larvitar gets Sand Veil, then as a Pupitar it only has the one ability, and then as a Tyranitar gets Unerve.

This is the basis of how I made the last one. I'm open to any changes as this wasn't as easy of a list to make as the original three were.

Rolling Procedure:
Roll 1-5: 1=spheres | 2=stones | 3=rocks | 4=fossils | 5=coins

If 2 (stones), then roll 1-7 to determine the stone type.
If 3 (rocks), then roll 1-5 to determine the rock type.
If 4 (fossils), then roll 1-10 to determine the fossil type.
If 5 (coins), then roll 5-20 to determine the amount of coins gain.

Rule:
- Without a Backpack, you can't carry anything you get from digging. If you dig up something and don't have a backpack, the item you find is left and you get nothing.
- Without a Coin Case, you can't sell something to get coins, and coins you dig up are left and you get nothing.
- Mining Pick can be used once only.

So...
Fox I like your idea.

But one thing that jumped out at my in particular was that everything has the same percentage of being found.

Rocks, Stones, and especially fossils should all be rarer then spheres.
After that, I'm going to wait to see what others thoughts are before deciding finally.

EDIT: Now for myself.
I had the original idea of using energy in Grandma's Garden, and I want to go back to that.

I think having to pay scares people away. And I don't really need the money for a income anyway; people can still bye fertilizer and the like.
